We work with over 15 direct suppliers to source high quality camera gear, sending us only items that meet our high standards. Once they arrive to our office, we carefully inspect each and every item. This includes using flashlights to look for dust and mold in lenses, recording shutter counts of camera bodies, and cleaning off any dust or touching up paint. If the product doesn't work, we won't sell it. Our product specialists have photography backgrounds and strive to ensure that every item we sell is in a condition they would be happy to receive themselves.

After the camera/lens is inspected and ready to go, we bundle them in protective bags, which get packed by our warehouse team using bio-degradable packing peanuts until it passes the shake test. Our boxes are heavy duty and carefully taped shut to guarantee that from the moment your camera leaves our warehouse to the moment it arrives at your door, no damage occurs.
