If, for any reason, you're unsatisfied with your purchase, our self-service return process makes it simple. Do note that this policy aligns with Amazon's third-party seller return guidelines.

Time frame: Buyers must return the item to us within 30 days of delivery (or 90 days for Amazon Renewed products).

Initiating a Return: Start your return via your Amazon account. You will receive a prepaid return label automatically generated by Amazon. If you don't receive a label, reach out, and we'll provide one.

Return Condition: Items should be returned in their original or similar condition, complete with all parts and accessories. Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damages during transit. Refunds are generally processed within two business days of receiving the returned item.

Restocking Fee: We document each product's appearance and serial number prior to shipping. If a returned item is in its original or similar condition as when shipped, no restocking fee will be charged. However, if it shows signs of heavy use, has missing parts, or doesn't match our records, a restocking fee will apply based on the item's condition and authenticity.

Zero Tolerance on Fraudulent Returns: Any attempt to return a different product or an item with a mismatched serial number will lead to reporting to Amazon and relevant local and federal authorities. Such returns will not be eligible for a refund.
